The project involved the addition of 10 new classrooms and new basement level car park to accommodate increased capacity of the school. The building was extended off the existing for the creation of the classrooms and playground that feature modern amenities to enhance the learning environment
THE DIFFERENCES:
- Tight construction timeframes to acheive Practical Completion prior to 150 additional students at the commencment of the school year
- The works were carried out directly adjacent to the live and operational school environment
- Energy efficient louvre system integrated into the mechanical system
- Basement level carpark with EV facilites
