Matt has over 15 years experience working within the construction industry and has completed numerous complex projects from concept stage through to completion. The experience gained on these projects has given Matt the tools to be able to meet any challenge head on and adopt an innovative and fresh approach to problem solving. Matt has extensive experience in preliminary design development and early contractor involvement to fully identify and meet the needs of the client.
Rob Haustorfer
Project Manager
Rob is a hardworking and enthusiastic member of the Structure team. He has experience in overseeing various projects to very strict timelines and safety controls while maintaining open communication with all stakeholders. Rob works closely with the site team across projects to ensure quality control and environmental management whilst administering contracts and ensuring the prompt completion of works.
James Looney
Estimating Manager
A wealth of experience in construction estimating, with projects in commercial – Workplace, Education, Aged Care and Entertainment. James provides a host of buildability solutions with a focus on minimising cost whilst maintaining design intent. His keen eye for detail and methodical approach ensures ultimate value and financial success for our clients.
Julian Fulton-Boote
Project Engineer
Julian has a strong commercial and business management background with over 5 years’ experience in the Construction industry both in the front end of a clients journey right through to the delivery of projects on site. As Project Lead, Julian provides a ‘hands on’ approach to the execution, management and completion of projects and plays an active role in project meetings and coordinating the best project partners to be involved.
Anthony Kazzi
Project Coordinator
Anthony has varied and valuable experience working on complex and diverse projects with particular focus on commercial fitout, refurbishment and heritage. His key strength is in maintaining accurate costings through efficient procurement to provide certainty and clarity through all stages of the project with a keen grasp of stakeholder and authority requirements
Phil Chiswick
Site Manager
Phil has a proactive approach, utilising his long experience to ensure site progress is managed with safety, sustainability and precision as the key objectives.Phil has introduced various WHS, Environmental and Quality innovations at Structure as part of our ISO accreditation requirements. He encourages full compliance through regular communication on site between supervisors and workers.
Lachlan McMahon
Foreman
Lachlan’s background in detailed carpentry has seen him accumulate a diverse range of experience in construction, including in the education sector. He is enthusiastic about finding innovative solutions in unique circumstances. Lachlan’s ability to incorporate external factors into the way that his sites are run allow construction processes to proceed without impacting surrounding environments.
