Structure was appointed as the builder to oversee a 2 floor fitout project in Sydney CBD for Ticketek.
This included the addition of a completely new floor for the technical operations staff and the overhaul of an existing floor with new workstations, offices and services throughout.
THE DIFFERENCES:
- Sub leasing and compression of existing workspaces while working in live environment
- Limited loading dock access required careful management of deliveries
- Separation and compression of floor areas for sub lease required our services design manager to coordinate mechanical, electrical and fire services over and above the standard
