Structure were engaged on a range of fitouts within Manufacturers House in Sydney’s CBD including boardroom upgrades, shared workspaces,
consulting rooms and lobby upgrades
THE DIFFERENCES:
- Extensive DA, Heritage Council and Certifying Authorities Processes undertaken for certain works
- Complete Design and Construct process including an ECI process for the lobby upgrades
- Fire safety upgrades
- Time constraints meaning works were predominately out of hours and within a building that does not have an operational good lift
