The purpose of this project was to achieve greater HVAC efficiency for Anglicare Goodhew Garden’s 120 room village through chilled water flow innovation and BMS integration.
THE DIFFERENCES:
- Design of energy efficient temporary system during change overs and the installation of two new five tonne chillers
- Major structural modifications and connections into existing roof structures while all operations continued below
- Stringent COVID management and controls in high-risk aged care areas
- Implementation of a heat recovery ventilation system
- Liaising with overseas procurement
